IS THE DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF SIGNING?

A seventy percent (70%) deposit is required at the time of signing, because as soon as the invoice is signed ThruAds begins work for the Client. (For Small Business Solutions, the applicable deposit is one hundred percent (100%) due to the very special nature of this pre-configured service.)

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY OF THRUADS?

In order to receive a full, one hundred percent (100%), refund for a cancelled project, the Client needs to notify ThruAds by email (notwithstanding verbal communication) within five (5) calendar days of signing the invoice (and thus receipt of the initial payment by ThruAds) of its desire to cancel. In this way only the initial work of writing up the job ticket for the programmers would have been incurred by ThruAds. The Client can cancel at any other future date, but thereafter Client will be charge for labor performed on its website, i.e., design, development and implementation time.
